# Jais 3

**Jais 3 is built to act, not just chat.** Jais 3 is trained to work as an agent: it plans multi-step tasks, calls tools, edits Arabic documents and searches the web, while talking to the user in Arabic. **Jais 3** is built on the [K2 Horizon](https://docs.ifm.ai/docs/introduction.md) architecture and ships in the same six sizes.
